Monitored electric strike for pedestrian gate, residential, and light commercial rim latch applications with dual 12 VDC or 24 VDC operation and site-interchangeable Power to Lock or Power to Release functionality.
Suitable for surface-mounted rim lock installations requiring door latch and anti-tamper monitoring. Features over 1252 kg holding strength and a 2-hour fire rating.
