GM730 Vanderbilt Seismic Detector

The GM730 is a Vanderbilt GM7xx-series seismic detector for protecting safes, night deposits, ATMs and valuables repositories made from concrete and steel. It uses Senstec sensor technology and microcontroller-based digital signal processing to analyse attack vibration patterns.

With adjustable sensitivity and software configuration support, the detector is suited to sites that need seismic detection while reducing nuisance alarms from ambient noise. It is intended for steel and concrete applications where attacks may involve tools such as drills, hammers or hydraulic pressure tools.

Key Features

  • Detects attack vibration patterns associated with common forced-entry tools
  • Supports steel and concrete protection applications from a single detector platform
  • Allows application-specific sensitivity adjustment for different protected structures
  • Provides low-current operation for security-system integration
  • Uses software-supported configuration and monitoring for commissioning clarity
