B228 SDI2 8 Input 2 Output Expansion Module
The B228 is an SDI2 expansion module that adds 8 supervised points or zones and 2 switched outputs to compatible Solution 4000 control panels. It communicates point status changes back to the panel and switches outputs through panel commands.
The module is useful where an installation needs extra monitored inputs and local output control without changing the main panel. Screw terminal access, sensor-loop condition monitoring and support for multiple EOL resistance options give installers practical wiring flexibility.
