PIR-9236 Ceiling Mount PIR Intrusion Detector
PIR-9236 is a ceiling mount passive infrared intrusion detector for residential and commercial security systems. The instructions describe a low-noise dual element pyro-sensor, alternate polarity signal processing and MCU-based security logic for detection, pulse counting, power-up delay and alarm output timing.
When mounted on a 3.6 m ceiling, the detector provides an 11 m diameter conical protection pattern. Normal and harsh pulse-count settings, selectable alarm output behaviour and a tamper switch make it suitable for ceiling-based intrusion detection where coverage shape and false-alarm resistance matter.
