The GTP-805A PLANET Gigabit Ethernet 802.3at PoE+ Media Converter links a 10/100/1000BASE-T copper Ethernet port with a 100/1000BASE-X SFP fibre interface. Its RJ45 port provides data plus PoE output and supports IEEE 802.3af and IEEE 802.3at PSE operation, with up to 30 W available for a powered device.
Designed for network and security installations that need fibre connectivity with PoE at the edge, the converter supports auto-negotiation, auto MDI/MDI-X and Link Fault Pass-through for clearer fault monitoring.
