The SCEBZ700MB is a matte black Schlage Encore Commercial Smart Lock with battery-powered operation, mechanical key override and internal cylinder and lever monitoring. Fingerprint, PIN code, RFID tag, Bluetooth app and physical key access provide versatile entry options for different users.
Engineered and assembled in Australia, the Encore suits high-traffic apartment buildings, offices, retirement villages and managed properties. Its external escutcheon is IP65 weather rated, while fire-rated installations have been tested for up to two hours when used with an approved Legge 991 mortice lock or Schlage 48009164 tubular latch on a suitable door, subject to the fire door manufacturer's requirements.
