The NCT-300/48B/1000 is a black premium grade Nylon 66 cable tie measuring 300 mm x 4.8 mm and supplied as a 1000 pack. It provides a 3 mm minimum bundle diameter, 82 mm maximum bundle diameter and 22 kg rated load for this variant.
These cable ties suit electrical, communications and security installation work where consistent bundling and black UV-stabilised nylon ties are required. They are rated from -40 deg C to 85 deg C, meet UL 94V-2 and RoHS requirements, and use low-smoke halogen-free material.
